Play-off ties confirmed for Fury teams

With the national league season coming to an end Fury’s six teams have their play-off championship quarter-final games confirmed.

Fury men will play Boroughmuir Blaze as will the under-18 men who are seeded fourth.

Fury under-16 men, also seeded at four, will play Tayside Musketeers, while on the women’s side, the seniors will play St.Mirren, the Juniors look set to play Edinburgh Kool Kats and the Cadettes will also play the capital side.

The four under-age teams will play their quarter finals this weekend at Grangemouth Sports Complex which sees competitive basketball for the first time in a number of years. With many improvements made to the facility, a great weekend of basketball is in store with the top teams from all over Scotland taking part.

On Saturday the cadette women play Kats at 2 p.m. and at 6.15 p.m. the junior men play Boroughmuir Blaze.

On Sunday the Fury cadet men play Tayside at 1 p.m. and at 3 p.m. the injury-plagued junior women play Kool Kats from Edinburgh. There are quarter final ties on throughout the day in both sports halls and spectators are welcome.
