Fury’s 19-year-old Jonny Bunyan doubles his time with the Glasgow Rocks in the British Pro Basketball league.

He came off the bench only six minutes into the Rocks’ BBL match against Worcester Wolves on Saturday and clocked his most minutes of his debut season.

Playing for the remainder of the first quarter, Bunyan then remained till the final four minutes.

He scored nine points had three assists and three rebounds and contributed to the Rocks taking second placed Worcester to three points.

The downside was the Fury star picking up a knee injury in the fourth that saw him sit out the Rocks game the following day in London to Guilford Heat – the Glasgow side losing again by a basket.

With American guards EJ Harrison and Mychael Green also out through injury at the week-end these were two tough losses for the Scottish side who remain optimistic of a top 6 play-off place with a number of games in the regular season still to play.

This Sunday the Rocks play Leicester Riders at the Kelvin Hall in Glasgow at 5 p.m. where it’s unlikely Green or Bunyan will play.
