Bairns youngsters in Scots squad

UEFA caps for teens

FALKIRK starlets Tam Scobbie and Scott Arfield will feel right at home for next month's UEFA under-19 Championship qualifiers.

Scotland's under-19 coach Archie Knox has selected the pair as part of his squad, with the added bonus that the team will play two of their qualifying games at the Falkirk Stadium.

The Scots have drawn Germany, Estonia and Bosnia-Herzegovina in their group, and both Scobbie and Arfield will be hoping that home advantage will play its part when Estonia visit Westfield on Saturday, October 7 (kick-off 12.30 p.m.), followed by Germany on Tuesday, October 10 (7.30 p.m.)

Scotland's first tie against Bosnia-Herzegovina will be played at Forthbank Stadium in Stirling on Thursday, October 5, kick-off 7.30 p.m.
