Hide AdThe college put the Falkirk firm in touch with Richard Bourdeax known as the ‘‘grand old man of Cornish pasties’’ who made the 500 mile trip from Cornwall to teach the art of making the perfect pasty.
Mr Bourdeax, from Praza, near Cambourne, who made his first pasty in the 1920s, said the secret was all in the mix of meat to veg.
