Matalan has recalled a range of cushions following the discovery that they may prevent a fire risk.
The homeware retailer says that the cushions, which come a variety of colours, have a filling which may pose a flammability risk when subjected to prolonged exposure to an ignition source.
"As customer safety is our highest priority, we are immediately recalling these cushions," said a company spokesperson.
The cushions in question, which were on sale from June 12 - March 23, come in cream, grey, blue, yellow, pink, and green (M490090 2 M490091 2 M490092 2 M490093 2 M490634 2 M490635 2 M490636 2) and velvet cushions, silver, plum and black (M684578 M684577 M684579).
Anyone who has purchased any of the products listed should return them to their nearest Matalan store as soon as possible to receive a full refund. A receipt is not required.
