Falkirk gym offering free day in January to mark fifth anniversary

A Falkirk gym is hosting a free open day in the new year to celebrate its fifth anniversary.

Life Fit Wellness staff will offer their services for free on January 5

Life Fit Wellness, in Weir Street, will offer taster classes and presentations delivered by professionals between 10am and 4pm on Saturday, January 5.

Topics will include barriers to exercise and an introduction to pilates.
