Wedding of the week: Stacey Mitchell and Nick Anderson from Falkirk

HOW THEY MET: They met on an online dating site and their first date was a trip to Burntisland and a meal at the Wheelhouse afterwards.

THE PROPOSAL: Stacey took Nick to Madrid for his 30th birthday and he surprised her by proposing on that trip.

THE WEDDING: The couple were married on September 7, 2019 at Inglewood House in Alloa. They were joined by 100 guests during the day and a further 30 at night.

THE WEDDING PARTY: Stacey’s bridesmaids were Claire Rawding, Naiomi Forsyth and Lynsey Whitelaw. She was walked down the aisle by her brother Jamie Mitchell. Nick’s best man was his best friend Kerr Lynas, while Jamie Swinney, Marc McShane, Greg Watson, Ryan Eddie, Graeme Probert and Elliot Allison were ushers. Three-year-old Matthew Short was the ring bearer and the flower girls were Emmy Kerr and Grace Short.

THE HONEYMOON: The couple have a honeymoon to Florida planned for later in the year.
