Wedding of the Week: Pamela Barr and Mark Kerr

Pamela Barr (24) is from Falkirk and is a foreign exchange cashier, while Mark Kerr (26) is from Falkirk and is a greenkeeper. The couple live in Redding with their little boy Kyle (2).

HOW THEY MET: They met in Sportsters on a night out in July 2012. She said they didn’t hit it off straight away and it wasn’t until her sister’s 18th birthday party soon after did they click.

THE PROPOSAL: Mark proposed the weekend they had gone up to Yellowscott Country Park, Dunfermline, in November 2014. New born baby Kyle wore a t-shirt saying: “will you marry Daddy”. Pamela said: “I was shocked he isn’t normally romantic!”

THE WEDDING: Pamela and Mark were married on November 26, 2016 at Glenskirlie Castle. They had 80 day guests with a further 40 at night. Pamela said it was her dream wedding.

WEDDING PARTY: Chief bridesmaid was Michelle Barr, bridesmaids were Kirsty Wilson, Sally Kerr and Anya McCheyne. Best man was Martin Ferguson with John Wallace, Blair Mackay, Chris Driscoll and Grant Wilson groomsmen. Son Kyle was page boy and Abbie Wilson the flower girl.

HONEYMOON: Two nights at Yellowscott Country Park and a trip to Lapland next Christmas.
