Wedding of the Week: Nikki Anderson and Jamie McLay
THE COUPLE: Nikki (28) is a cleaner in Sportsters and Jamie (28) works for Autoglass. The couple live together in Shieldhill in Falkirk.
HOW THEY MET: The pair knew each other from Larbert High School however their relationship did not start until seven years ago when they began talking to each other. Nikki said: “Jamie came back from the army and we began to chat.”
THE PROPOSAL: Jamie got down on one knee three years ago in a restaurant while the couple were out for a meal. Nikki said: “I was shocked, The whole restaurant was clapping when I said yes.”
THE WEDDING: Nikki and Jamie tied the knot at the Three Kings on March 25. Nikki said: “The day was great and everyone really seemed to have a great time.”
THE WEDDING PARTY: Jamie’s best man was his brother David and Nikki’s bridesmaids were her sisters, Kay Smith and Lisa Anderson.

THE HONEYMOON: The couple have not managed to get away anywhere yet but are trying to plan a trip for later this year.
