Wedding of the Week: Debbie Stupart and Stuart Galloway

Debbie (24) works at the Cedar Inn in Aberdour and Stuart Galloway (30), originally from Denny, works in traffic management. The couple live together in Fife.

HOW THEY MET: The pair met four and a half years ago through Stuart’s brother Andy who introduced them to each other while on a night out.

THE PROPOSAL: Stuart popped the question on Debbie’s birthday on October 16, 2014. Debbie said: “It was 7am and I was eating cheesecake in the house about to go to work when he proposed.”

THE WEDDING: The couple tied the knot on June 3 at Culross Palace and Debbie thoroughly enjoyed her big day. She said: “The ceremony and the reception was fantastic. We all had a great time.”

THE WEDDING PARTY: Stuart’s best man was his brother Scott Galloway and Debbie’s maid of honour was her best friend Connie Jack.

THE HONEYMOON: Debbie and Stuart are going on a trip with the family to Florida next year but plan on sneaking off for a few days just the two of them.
