Drivers have been warned they have a duty to avoid splashing pedestrians.
Recents heavy rainfalls have led to flooding in many roads ... and sometimes soakings for passers-by.
But a leading motoring organisation is pointing out that motorists could land themselves in trouble.

Hide AdMike Frisby from the Driving Instructors Association says that drivers have a duty of care to not splash pedestrians and that anyone who suffers in this way can report the incidents.
