The Scottish Veterans’ Fund is now open for bids.

The Scottish Government is continuing to support members of the ex-service community with a £120,000 funding pot.

Organisations which support veterans can apply for grants of up to £10,000.

Since its inception in 2008, the Scottish Veterans’ Fund has allocated £720,000.

Keith Brown MSP, cabinet secretary for infra-structure, investment and cities, who is himself a veteran, said: “The Scottish Government is firmly committed to helping veterans make a smooth transition to civilian life, receiving the best possible levels of support.”

Application forms are available at www.veteransscotland.co.uk or via office@veteransscotland.org.uk. Completed application forms must be submitted by March 4.
