US fracking film in Falkirk
Groundswell Rising, which will be shown on Sunday, March 6, contains first hand accounts of the effect the process of hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, has had on communities in the United States.
Event organiser Maria Montinaro, of Concerned Communities of Falkirk, said: “It shows the reality of what it means to live beside fracking operations, including the daily struggle of ordinary people to protect their children’s air and water.”
