Police officers used a helicopter to help them track down two road traffic offenders in Grangemouth last night.

The incident happened just after 9.30pm as the police helicopter hovered above various streets in the town trying to track down the two suspects who had been driving around hitting and damaging parked cars.

The hunt involved the chopper scanning the ground with its searchlight in and around Dryburgh Way, Glenbervie Road, Abbotsford Drive and Melrose Drive for around half-an-hour before the arrests were made and both men were taken into custody.
