Andrew Gunn, George Stewart and William Williamson are alleged to have “behaved in a threatening and abusive manner” towards the two 15-year-olds during a bus journey between Anstruther and Leven on April 24 last year.

It is alleged they shouted, swore and made “inappropriate sexual comments” towards the girls, both then aged 15, on the bus.
