Both children were trying to cross Mary Street when they were knocked down. Neither was seriously injured.

An 11-year-old Laurieston Primary School pupil was hit outside Lloyds Pharmacy at around 5.45 p.m. on Tuesday.

On Wednesday a 10-year-old St Andrew’s Primary pupil was knocked down at traffic lights at around 3.20 p.m., shortly after departing from a school bus.
