Two overnight road closures in Falkirk area to remember

Part of a £166,000 project to create smoother and safer roads, the eastbound M876 at Bowtrees will be closed between 7.30pm and 6pm on November 5 and November 6.

On the night of Thursday, November 5 the works will involve resurfacing adjacent to the M876 Junction 3 off-slip. This will require the eastbound carriageway of the M876 to be closed from M9 Junction 7 to the M876 Junction 3 on slip.

Signed diversion routes will be in place for traffic traveling from all directions via the A91, A9, A88 and A905.

On the night of Friday, November 6 the M876 will be closed between the Junction 3 off-slip and on-slip. Traffic will be diverted off the M876 via the Junction 3 off-slip and back on to the M876 via the on-slip.

The westbound carriageway of the M876 will remain open throughout these works.
