Two men are in a serious condition after being involved in a collision with a car outside a Falkirk nightclub.

The accident happened just before 3 a.m. this morning near to City in Princess Street.

A silver Renault Clio collided with the two pedestrians.

The men, aged 35 and 33, were taken to Forth Valley Royal Hospital where they are in a serious condition.

The road was closed for around six hours while police carried out an investigation.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Anybody who witnessed this collision is urged to contact Police Scotland on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
