Road closed near Graeme High School following three car smash

A 64-year-old man had to be cut free from his car this morning after it was involved in a three-vehicle collision near Graeme High School.

The incident took place in Callendar Road, Falkirk, at around 10.30 a.m. The busy road was closed to traffic for around 90 minutes as police, firefighters and ambulance services attended the scene.

The man was taken to Forth Valley Royal Hospital in Larbert as a precaution. His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

There were no other casualties.
