Falkirk travellers urged to take care on roads and rail

Rush hour commuters are being warned to expect delays tonight as heavy rain affects road and rail services.

Drivers are being urged to drive with caution as the rain and high winds batter the central belt.

ScotRail has announced that several services have been affected, including cancellations.

A social media post said: “The weather is causing severe flooding across the network at the moment. For specific service information head over to our Journey Check page.”
