The countdown is on to Stevie McCrorie’s appearance in the final of ‘The Voice’ - live on BBC1.

Millions will tune in on Saturday night to see if he can win the competition for Scotland - and if he does, then his single will be released at midnight.

Stevie has battled through from the blind auditions to the live final and is rated as one of the favourites to win.

He was the choice of judge Ricky Wilson, lead singer of The Kaiser Chiefs.

Since then Stevie has enjoyd a whirlwind diary packed with rehearsals, media interviews, and a trip back home this week when he was mobbed by fans, friends and colleagues.

Saturday’s final starts at 7.00 p.m. - and reporter Debbie Clarke will be in the studio to see him perform in front of the judges - Ricky, Sir Tom Jones, Will.I.Am and Rita Ora - and hopefully win the public vote.
