Gospel Hall

Timeout-15, the weekly programme for boys and girls, continues on Friday at 6.30 p.m. with a programme of choruses, quizzes, a Bible story, and juice and biscuits. All children are invited, with mums and dads as well. The Christian Gospel will be preached on Sunday at 3.30 p.m. (note time) when the speaker will be Mr Herbert Brookes from Perth. All are invited to come and hear this important message. The Mums and Tots continues on Wednesday at 9.30 a.m. with free play facilities for children and tea and coffee on supply for the parents. Community Wing AGM

Shieldhill Community Education Wing is holding a General Meeting at Shieldhill Community Education Wing on Tuesday, March 17 at 7.30 p.m. Come along and join in, new members welcome. The Senior Youth Club P7–S1 is on Monday at 7–8 p.m.; S2+ from 7.45–9 p.m. and the Junior Youth Clubs are on Wednesday, P1–P3, 6.30–7.30 p.m. and P4–P6, 7.45–8.45 p.m.

Parish Church

Last Sunday’s service was conducted by Rev. Louise McClements. This Sunday’s service will be at the usual time of 10 a.m., children and apprenticesmeeting in the hall at 9.45 a.m. The Annual Stated Meeting will be held immediately after the service. members are encouraged to attend. Refreshments will be served after the meeting. The Banner/Craft group meets on Friday from 2-4 p.m. All welcome. Guild meets Wednesday, March 18 when the topic will be ‘Falkirk Foodbank’. Session meets today (Thursday), at 7 p.m. to examine church books for the attesation by Presbytery on Tuesday, March 17. Community Council

Shieldhill & California Community Council’s next meeting will be held in the Community wing, next to Shieldhill Primary School on Thursday, March 26 at 7.30 p.m. All are welcome - if you have any issues you wish to raise or highlight please attend.
