Parish Church

Last Sunday’s service was conducted by Amanda MacQuarrie. Worship this Sunday will take place at the usual time of 10 a.m. The banner/craft group resumes tomorrow (Friday) at 2 p.m. in the church hall. Articles for the autumn issue of the church magazine can be handed or e-mailed to Yvonne Elder by Sunday, August 10. The 1st Shieldhill Brownies will be holding an annual general meeting to launch the Shieldhill Butterfly Project on Tuesday, August 12 at 7 p.m. in the church hall. This is a public meeting where plans for the garden area will be outlined and more information will be available about this exciting venture which will benefit our church and community. All welcome. Sunday morning services are recorded and a CD is available for anyone who is housebound or unable to attend church.
