Parish Church

Last Sunday the service was conducted by Rev. Louise McClements. During the service, the children were presented with prizes. David McClements reported on the Sunday school activities over the year and Yvonne Elder with the minister presented the prizes. Those who had helped in the Sunday school throughout the year were thanked. Mr Bill McKinnon had retired after 18 years as Property Committee Convener. He was thanked and presented with a cheque by the minster. Since there is a joint service with Muiravonside parish church on Sunday, July 5, there will be no service at Shieldhill chuch. The service at Muiravonside begins at 11.30am. Sunday services are recorded and a CD is available for those who are housebound or unable to attend church.
