Parish Church

As Rev. Louise McClements was on leave, last Sunday’s service was conducted by Rev. Ray Thomson. The family service this Sunday will be at the usual time of 10 a.m. There will be something for everyone, both children and adults. All are welcome. The children and apprentices will be on holiday on Sunday, April 12 and on Sunday April 19. Sunday School resumes on Sunday, April 26. There will be no Banner/Craft group tomorrow (Friday) and Friday, April 10. Holy Week services continue on today (Thursday) the service will be in Laurieston Parish Church and tomorrow (Good Friday), the service will be in Brightons Parish Church. Both services begin at 7 p.m. Sunday services are recorded and a CD is available for those who are housebound or unable to attend church. Gospel Hall

Timeout-15, the weekly programme for boys and girls, concludes for the holidays on Friday at 6.30 p.m. with a programme of choruses, quizzes, the Easter story, and juice and biscuits. All children are invited, with mums and dads as well. The Christian Gospel, with the Easter emphasis, will be preached on Sunday at 3.30 p.m. (note time) when the speaker will be Mr Fraser Munro from Kennoway.
