Parish Church

Last Sunday’s service was conducted by the Rev. Louise McClements, during which baby Naomi Boa was baptised, infant daughter of Louise and Zac. The service this Sunday will be at the usual time of 10 a.m., children and apprentices meeting in the hall at 9.45 a.m. The Banner/Craft group meets on Friday from 2-4 p.m. in the church hall. All are welcome. Rendezvous meets on Wednesday, February 11, when children from Shieldhill Primary School will entertain the group. All are welcome. The rescheduled session meeting is now planned for Thursday, February 12, at 7.30 p.m. in the church hall. Sunday services are recorded and a CD is available for those who are housebound or unable to attend. The magazine, photo-gallery and other church information are available on the website:

Gospel Hall

Timeout-15, the Friday programme for boys and girls, continues on Friday at 6.30 p.m. with a programme of choruses, quizzes, a Bible story, and juice and biscuits. All children are invited, with mums and dads as well. The monthly Saturday Night Meeting will be held on Saturday evening at 6.30 p.m., when the speakers will be Alan Summers and Malcolm Radcliffe. The Christian Gospel will be preached on Sunday evening at 6.30 p.m. (note time) when the speaker will be Mr Radcliffe, who will continue each night, Monday to Thursday at 7.30 p.m. in the Ministry of the Word. All are invited to come and hear this important message. The Mums and Tots continues on Wednesday at 9.30 a.m. with free play facilities for children and tea and coffee on supply for the parents.
