Repeat offender gets last chance or face jail
Repeat offender Gareth Allman (34) has until February 4 to fully comply with two community orders - or face custody.
Falkirk Sheriff Court heard last Thursday these date from January and November last year.

Hide AdHis lawyer claimed Allman’s booze habit was to blame for him failing to co-operate with social workers.
Murray Aitken said: “He is an alcoholic and accepts he has to change.”
Sheriff Linda Smith told Allman, 13 Letham Cottages, Letham: “It would almost have been a miracle if you had managed to stay sober over Christmas and New Year. There is an argument a short term in custody might sober you up. I’ll continue both orders until next month, but the progress report had better be glowing.”
