Charity Appeal

For one week from June 8 the Methodist Church is running a charity shop in Grangemouth to raise funds. Today (Thursday) the church will be open from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. for anyone to drop off any good quality goods they have to donate including toys, books, bric-a-brac, small furniture and jewellery etc. This is a great chance to have a clear out and get rid of some clutter! If you would like to volunteer to help in the shop or have any queries, contact Allison on 07791310508.

Bissett Play

Alan Bissett is performing his play ‘What the F**kirk?’ at the Craiglee Inn on Monday at 7.30 p.m. This one-man comedy written and performed by Bissett and directed by Sacha Kyle with live music from Adam Stafford asks the most vital question of our age - What is Fawkurt aw aboot? Tickets are £3 for adults and available from ticketsource.co.uk/falkirkcommunitytrust or on (01324) 506850.

Methodist Church

Rev. Bill Seymour leads worship on Sunday inclusive of the sacrament of Holy Communion. This is also the Church Anniversary and Gift Day. David and Linda Jamieson are the designated door/offertory stewards. We all enjoyed the soup and roll lunch last week especially as the weather was quite inclement despite it being the end of May! Usual coffee and tea this Sunday.
