Redding Church

Sunday’s service was the Sunday Club Family service and was led by the boys and girls. The service was based on the Creation with the children reading and illustrating the seven days God made the Heavens and the Earth and finished with the children telling the congregation a bit about themselves and thanking God for making me. The children all received globes of the world and finished with He’s Got the Whole World in his Hands. The Minister brought back a beautiful recording from the Choir at the General Assembly and was played for the Congregation to hear. The Sunday Club also received Certificates for doing the Christian Aid sponsored walk and the amount raised so far is over £500 so well done to the Sunday Club and helpers for all their hard work. Sunday’s Service it at 11.30 a.m. where there will be a Sacrament of Baptism. The Sacrament of Holy Communion will be observed on Sunday, June 8 at 11.30 a.m. Tuesday, June 10 will be the next Martha’s Café held in the Hall at 2 p.m.
