Alchemy Inns was given the go-ahead to pull down the long-disused pub and build the properties on the land at 1 Carradale Avenue, Falkirk.
Tamfourhill pub makes way for homes
Planning permission has been granted to demolish the former pub, The Hurlet, and build 13 houses and 16 flats on the land at the edge of Tamfourhill.
