Avant Homes has submitted a planning application to build 248 new homes at Mydub Farm in Denny.

The application has been made after a community consultation that was held online, due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The new houses will be part of the Denny south-east settlement expansion, and an extension of Mydub Phase 1 to the east.

They also say the new housing will bring the long-awaited Denny Eastern Access Road extension to the north a step closer.

A children’s play area will be established in the centre of the development.

A separate planning application was also submitted to Falkirk Council by Avant to build 19 houses on land to the west of Cuthelton Farm.
