If a person has lost their card, they are being advised to explain to the driver that they have been unable to obtain a replacement card due to the closure of local authority offices and the card production bureau.

The driver should allow them to travel until a replacement is obtained.

Falkirk Council has said that they are currently unable to renew expired bus passes, or issue new bus passes but are working on a solution to this.
