The plans, submitted by Robert Arbuckle, are for nine two-bedroom flats and 12 parking spaces for residents.

They show that the area will be landscaped with a variety of grass, shrubs and trees and retain existing trees that grow at the edge of the site.

The developer promises that the flats will comply with the low and zero carbon guidance.
