Falkirk Community Trust confirms closure of services under Level4 restrictions

As expected, the cafes in Callendar House and the Helix will close - but the Trust says that the car parks and toilets in its parks will remain open in a bid to encourage the community to use outdoor spaces to benefit their health and wellbeing.

Hide AdGrangemouth Golf Course will also stay open and members can continue to play whilst following safety measures.
Grangemouth Stadium will remain closed over the festive period, although will open from January 5 for outdoor fitness classes and athletics club training sessions.
However, the rest of the Trust's sport and leisure facilities - including fitness centres - will be closed.
Culture facilities including Callendar House, Kinneil Museum, all eight libraries and the Hippodrome Cinema will not reopen after Christmas Eve although the home library service will resume from January 5.
Tours of the Kelpies have also been suspended.

Bo’ness, Grangemouth and Falkirk Town Halls will remain closed over the festive period and reopen in the New Year to support the NHS vaccination programme.
Membership fees will be frozen automatically throughout the closure, although health and fitness members are encouraged to use the Trust's mobile app to view online classes.
