Falkirk Council rejected the application last year but the company appealed to the reporter appointed by the Scottish Government.

The appeal was granted last month, subject to several conditions, and now Falkirk Council has to give them final approval.

It is being asked to agree where the buildings go and how they look, including materials used.

The council will also have to agree access arrangements and the landscaping of the site as well as drainage arrangements.

There will also be a public art proposal as part of the development and the company is saying it will consult locally before making a suggestion.
