Developer gets green light for new homes in Torwood

Heritage Homes Scotland submitted two separate planning applications for land to to the west of Greenacres, Glen Road.

It is part of a larger site which is known as McLaren Park.

There will be two private access routes sharing an open space feature.

The developer has agreed to make a contribution of £2334 towards education for each house and a further £882 towards open space provision.
