Police release CCTV images following indecent incident on train between Edinburgh and Inverkeithing

CCTV images of two men that the British Transport Police wish to trace in connection with an investigation into an indecent incident on a train between Edinburgh and Inverkeithing have been released.

Officers would like to speak to the men as it is believed they may have information which could assist them with enquiries following the incident on the 23.19 service from Edinburgh Waverley to Perth on July 3 this year.

The first man is described as being in his mid to late 30s, with short light brown hair and a beard.

At the time of the incident he was wearing a black and white t-shirt, black jeans and sunglasses on the top of his head.

The second man is also described as being in his mid to late 30s, of slim build, with short black receding hair.

At the time of the incident he was wearing a burgundy polo shirt with a black collar and blue jeans.

Detective constable Donna Davanna said: “I am appealing to anyone who recognises the men in the photograph to contact me.”
