A whacker plate and wheelbarrow were stolen from a lock-up garage in Meadow Court, Dunipace, between Wednesday, May 16, and Thursday, May 17.

A further theft occurred between Friday, May 18, and Sunday, May 20, from Bulloch Crescent when copper piping and tools were taken from a works van.

A Central Scotland Police spokeswoman said: “Along with the above thefts, there was also two pedal cycles stolen from Little Denny Road and Blaefaulds Crescent.”

“We are urging the public to ensure that anything valuable is locked, secure and kept out of sight to make it more difficult for thieves.”
