Wedding of the week: Victoria McClements & Grant Smith

HOW THEY MET: They met each other at Sportsters in Falkirk town centre.

THE PROPOSAL: Grant proposed while they were in Capri, Italy in July, 2017.

THE WEDDING: The couple had their ceremony at Lenzie Old Parish Church where Victoria’s mother is the minister and their reception was at the Glenbervie Hotel on July 20, 2019. They were joined by 90 guests during the day and an additional 50 in the evening.

THE WEDDING PARTY: Victoria’s chief bridesmaid was her sister Sophie Primrose. She was joined by three other bridesmaids, Joanna Orr, Nicole Johnston and Lauren Beresford. The couple also had three-year-old Chloe Marshall attending as a flower girl. Grant’s best man was Andrew Robertson who was joined by four ushers, David Primrose, Taylor Stubbs, Jamie Watson and Samuel Marshall.

THE HONEYMOON: The couple visited Singapore and Thailand.
