It was certainly a family affair when Elise Thomson and Thomas Peden married on June 11, 2022 in Stenhouse and Carron Church. After he had walked his daughter down the aisle, the Rev. Bill Thomson then carried out the marriage ceremony. Pic: Connor Barrett Photography Photo: Connor Barrett Photography
Elise, a solicitor, and Thomas, an off-shore worker, met at a Madrid music festival in June 2019 and only got engaged at Christmas. The couple, both 38, now live in Inverness. Elise was always determined to marry in the Stenhousemuir church where her family has been the minister for a number of years.
