New walk and talk therapy sessions for anyone suffering from anxiety, depression or loneliness are due to start in Falkirk district.

The events will be led by Mary-Jane Armstrong, who runs Mind Over Matter Holistic Therapies.

Those who suffer from panic attacks or who feel self-conscious about walking alone are also welcome to take part.
