The public can now request books from the library catalogue, or using the online service or by phone tell staff what they like to read and the team will choose a selection of books for them.

Once the books are ready to pick up, library staff will contact the customer and book them a collection slot.

On the day of your collection slot, members of the public are asked to arrive at the time they are given and wait outside until invited in. They should bring ID with them and a face covering, unless medically exempt.

The customer can then go in and collect their books, as well as drop off any returns.

The facilities were closed in March when the pandemic began and teams have been working behind the scenes towards their reopening.
