The 23-year-old, from New Carron, was crowned the winner of the ITV show last night and his neighbours were among those rooting for Team Craig.
Socially distanced groups gathered outside to watch the live broadcast projected on the gable end of a house.
Thrilled neighbours cheered as Craig delivered three performances which saw the former St Mungo’s High School pupil win the public vote ahead of Grace Holden, Hannah Williams and Okulaja and secure a recording contract with Polydor Records.
His first song, Train Wreck by James Arthur, was followed by a duet of No Doubt’s Don’t Speak alongside coach Anne-Marie.
The ex-Greggs employee then belted out his own track Come Waste My Time in the grand finale.
He said: “Thank you to everyone, to Scotland and to Anne-Marie for believing in me and taking me to this point.
“I genuinely cannot express my thoughts.”
