Polmont garden centre raises cash for Kidney Kids Scotland

Christmas may already seem like a distant memory, but for one local charity it remains at the forefront of their mind as they thank a local business for its festive fundraising.

Stenhousemuir-based Kidney Kids Scotland would like to thank Klondyke Garden Centre in Polmont and all the volunteers who helped make Santa’s Grotto a tremendous success once again, raising a total of £1657.75 for the charity.

The charity, which was founded in 2000, works to enable children with kidney problems to receive treatment as close to home as possible, and minimise disruption to their families.

The cash raised by the garden centre’s festivities will be put to good use to help youngsters affected by kidney problems and their families.
