Muiravonside's new arrivals spring into self-isolation

Spring has sprung at Muiravonside Country Park with the arrival of three cute black newborn Hebridean lambs – in normal times the cue for many Falkirk families to pay a weekend visit.

Sadly that won’t be possible for the foreseeable future, as Newparks Farm – in common with every other comparable public amenity – is closed to protect staff and volunteers during the present coronavirus emergency.

However farm workers are said to be working around the clock to look after the lambs, and until it’s finally possible for the farm to reopen Falkirk Community Trust will be providing updates on their progress on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/FalkirkCommunityTrust/
