Stenhousemuir schoolchildren and staff laid on an activity-packed picnic for reverend on the 25th anniversary of his ordainment.

St Bernadette's Primary welcomed Father John McInnes to the Edward Avenue school on Wednesday to celebrate his Silver Jubilee.

The whole school took part in the event, with youngsters staying within their class bubbles as they enjoyed ice cream and games in the sunshine.
