On the Fair E’en the residents of the town – plus others from far and wide – take to the streets to tour the elaborate arches outside the homes of the many youngsters taking part in the event.
This year’s Queen elect is Deanburn Primary pupil Ella Black and the school chose a Willy Wonka theme for the arches.
Tradition also requires music and members of both Unison Kinneil Band and Bo’ness & Carriden Band took to the streets to serenade the excited youngsters, their families, neighbours and all touring the arches.
Happy Fair Day everyone.
