Through events like the recent Santa sleigh collections – which had to adapt due to COVID-19 restrictions last year – the club was able to collect an amazing total of £41,103 which will go to help local charities and organisations as well as international good causes.

A Rotary Club of Grangemouth spokesman said: “We wish all our supporters and followers a happy, safe and prosperous New Year. Last year was a challenge for us all but, as our Santa said this year, Rotarians will find a way, never an excuse.

“A massive thanks goes to everyone who made our work possible this last year. The generosity of you all allowed our club to raise a whopping total – all of which will benefit local, regional and international causes.”
