Grangemouth Remembrance Sunday service cancelled

The Royal British Legion has confirmed its annual remembrance service in Grangemouth will not go ahead this year.

Restrictions on public gatherings mean the ceremony, which is normally held at Grangemouth Cenotaph in Zetland Park, cannot take place this Sunday.

A spokesman for the Legion said: “We aren’t doing anything for Remembrance Sunday because, as an organisation, we’ve been told by headquarters we can’t organise anything at all.
