Mobile DJ hire firm GeminiMusicDJ wants to spread “festive cheer” amid the trials and tribulations of the coronavirus pandemic.

The Grangemouth-based company is asking for members of the public who know of a family in the Falkirk area in need of a pick-me-up to cast a vote online.

In return, five winning nominees will receive a special street visit from Jingles the elf on Sunday, December 20.

A spokesman said: “We are trying to bring a bit of festive cheer to families that deserve it.

“Due to the coronavirus gripping the nation, which means Jingles is unable to visit households, we've decided to do something a little different.”

GeminiMusicDJ will follow all government restrictions and guidelines during its street visits.
